Craftopia Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges, provided that the returned items are not damaged or used and are in their original packaging with all tags (if applicable), within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that the returned goods are accompanied by a copy of the invoice and indicate the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days (excluding Sundays) after receiving the returned products.
